SENTOSA!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday was Vesak Day and some of us are going to sentosa for a time of fun and fellowship! We were play Beach soccer, volleyball, swimming, sandcastles or anything under the sun! I was meet them at Harbourfront mrt station at 1030AM and were not late. yes i did bring clothes and see them there! i was enjoy myself at sentosa. :) Thank GOD for Hanniel organising the outing to sentosa :D

Special Encounters; the Saviour and the Saved

God has ENGULFED me in His love, strengthened the inner person within, affirmed me of my life being special in His eyes, and pulled me out of my directionless situation I struggle with. & all I can say is that in this process of dying to self and living my... life in Christ, I am so so so overwhelmed & changed for the better. walking 40days with Jesus through this Lent season has been enormously life-changing not only for me, but i believe, for everyone too. These sweet encounters with our Saviour, wonderful fellowship with fellow Saved brothers and sisters, and life shaking experiences shall be sealed in our hearts and stamped with the mark of God's love forever and ever.

TRUTHFULLY.. HOW IMPORTANT A ROLE DOES GOD REALLY PLAY IN YOUR LIFE?

In our above Scripture, we read about how the people upset God with the sins they committed against Him .. basically what the people did was make a decision to carry on in their own merry way, making their own plans .. their own decisions. their own choices .. never once taking the time to consider God in any of it.

The people in Jeremiah worked very hard to dig wells for themselves .. but there was a problem .. the wells would not hold any water .. can you imagine the disappointment they must have felt after investing so much of their time and labor on the wells ..with absolutely no results ..

Unless the LORD builds the house, it’s builders labor in vain . (Psalm 127:1)

Are you experiencing any feelings of frustration and disappointment at the moment ? Could it be perhaps that you are digging an empty well of your own?.

Your own little projects”. Maybe you find yourself working on somebody or something, your very own special project with your very own project plan. Trying to make things work your way according to your time table, using all your personal strength and abilities. Sounds Great Right, No Wrong!! If it is all “ours” and we have left God out of any of our plans they will never, never work!! There is absolutely nothing in the world that is more frustrating than trying to do something about something you simply cannot do anything about. Can you imagine this for a minute? Your car is stuck in the mud and you continue to press the accelerator down causing your wheels to spin and spin and spin until your cars engine eventually burns out. This scenario is very symbolic of how we all to often burn ourselves out from weariness due to our “works of the flesh“ which simply put our works that do not work!! We have to learn to stop making our own plans and then praying and asking God to bless them. What God wants us to do is to spend our time in prayer with Him first, asking Him what His plan is for us and once He has shared His plan with us He wants us to trust in Him to bring it to pass. When we give birth to ideas and activities out of our flesh all we end up doing is preventing God from showing Himself strong in and through our lives. This is most certainly not the way to live the Higher Life that God has prepared and planed for you. Now Is The Time To Pray. Ask GOD to become your Master Builder. Ask Him to help you, rely on Him to lead and guide you as you work. This way you are guaranteed that all your efforts will be productive and successful. GODLY PATIENCE IS NOT ABOUT WAITING. IT IS ABOUT THE WAY YOU WAIT.
