Heath:

• Drink plenty of water.
• Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
• Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plant.
• Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy
• Make time to pray.
• Play more games
• Read more books than you did in 2009
• Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
• Sleep for 7 hours.
• Take a 10 - 30 minute walk daily. And while you walk, smile

Personality:

• Dont compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
• Dont have negative thoughts or worry over things you cannot control.
• Dont over do. Keep your limits.
• Dont take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
• Dont waste your precious energy on gossip.
• Dream more while you are awake.
• Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..
• Forget issues of the past. Dont remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
• Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Dont hate others.
• Make peace with your past so it wont spoil the present.
• No one is in charge of your happines except you.
• Realise that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the currulum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

• Forgive everyone for everything.
• Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.

thks God for vibe ytd i was helping chiawen, Ruth with the vibe drink area, gonna help them get the ice cubes in the cup and what they want to drink?? hahah just thks God for serve the drink for ppl. those ppl coming for vibe but new corners too. dont know what happened to myself cuz i'm having flu and am sick everytime i always fall sick but didnt eat my panadol today:( thks God for jean that she sms me and encourage, blessed my heart, say "the joy of the Lord is your strength!" Nehemiah 8:10 lets us claim this promise and refresh ourselves to be ready to serve him again with all with have. :) i'm gonna pray for her too.yup
